Terror Hunter

One day, countless sinister and distorted monsters suddenly appeared in the city. These monsters would attack or distort the minds of ordinary people at night, turning them into demons. The government called these monsters "The Terror". To deal with the terror attacks, and the higher-ups of the government officials and businessmen created a floating city to remotely control the whole world. However, the majority of people still live on the ground, reproducing and working.
